- Where can I book a time for use of the simulator?

Yes. We provide access to our facilities based on booked times. We likely will not have an employee on site unless a booking is made. Please see our booking page or contact us for last-minute reservation requests. - What are the hourly rates for the use of the simulator?
Rates are based on hour and not per person. Add link to Rates page. - Can I book just 30 mins on the simulator?
Our booking software currently does not have the ability to prevent you from doing this, but we do require a 1-hour minimum. If 30 mins is booked we will contact you to adjust or cancel your booking. - Why can’t I book on Sunday?
Sunday is reserved for Members Only. Members also enjoy other perks like discounted hourly rates and the ability to book times more in advance. - What equipment is provided?
King Swing has clubs available for use but we encourage all to bring their own clubs to own their skills with their own clubs. - Can I bring my own clubs?
Yes! We encourage it! Please ensure to use our club cleaning station to ensure your clubs are clean before use on our simulator. If they are not clean it will damage our screen and our ball return system. - Can I use my own golf balls?
No. We have an automatic ball system which will make ball retrieval very difficult after you are done. Also, any dirt or markings (including the golf ball logos) will leave marks on the screen. - Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes. We would encourage you to look at many of the local vendors in the Aiea Shopping Center. Snacks and drinks are also provided at our facilities. - Do you charge per person?
No. Booking is based on hours booked. We suggest no more than 6 people using the simulator at once in order to get the best experience. - How many people can use the simulator at once?
Typically 6 is the most you would want to include in your group. For course play, the simulator software limits you to 6 players, but more than that can use the driving range mode. - What simulator is available at King Swing?
We use a GolfZon 2 Vision Simulator. It is a unique experience compared to other simulators and best represents the courses available. - What is included with the reservation?
Complete use of the facilities including the GolfZon simulator, putting green, club cleaning station, television, and lounge.
